Akhilesh Yadav’s party won the Badaun Sahaswan assembly seat and the BJP was at the fourth position here. On November 9, the CM laid the foundation stone of the projects here. During the speech here, he said that if there were BJP MLAs in Sahaswan, then the development here would have progressed faster. He requested the people to elect BJP candidate in the 2022 elections.

BJP also lost in Jalalabad assembly seat of Shahjahanpur. The CM launched projects worth Rs 269 crore here. Adityanath said that the MLAs of SP, BSP and Congress have no interest in development.

Recently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah along with Adityanath laid the foundation stone of a university in Azamgarh on November 13. Durga Prasad Yadav of SP became MLA from this seat for the eighth time. BJP has not won this seat, although in 2022 now BJP is trying to win this seat.

On 8 November, the CM visited Shamli and launched infrastructure projects worth Rs 425 crore. Laid the foundation of PAC Battalion at Kairana. Kairana seat belongs to Samajwadi Party. Addressed a public meeting in Rampur district.

Who won on which party in the 2017 assembly in UP?
The CM laid the foundation stone of the projects at Thakurdwara seat of Moradabad district. The SP had defeated the BJP in Thakurdwara in 2017. In the 2017 assembly elections, the BJP won 312 seats, its ally Apna Dal 9 seats and the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) four. SP won 47, BSP-19, Congress 7, RLD-1 and, Nishad Party won 1 seat. Apart from this, three seats went to the independent candidates.
