Two months ban on Gauhar Khan from FWICE
Mumbai: Actress Gauhar Khan, who was booked for non-compliance with segregation rules despite being under coronation, has now been banned for two months by FWICE. A case was registered against TV actress Gauhar Khan at Mumbai’s Oshiwara police station for violating home quarantine rules despite being infected with corona.
The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has decided to ban Gauhar from the industry for two months, citing his negligence.
In an interview with ABP Network, FWICE President B. N. “It is wrong for Gauhar Khan to violate the rules of home quarantine despite being infected with corona,” Tiwari said.
Tiwari further said, “Gauhar Khan did not even think about how many people would have been infected because he did not quarantine himself. The Mumbai Municipal Corporation had also stamped his hand for home quarantine. Still, Gauhar Khan was walking around the house, going for shooting. “This is very wrong. That is why the federation has decided to ban them. The federation’s member organizations will soon send a notice to her regarding Gauhar’s behavior.”
B. N. Today, the prevalence of corona is on the rise, Tiwari said. Also, when it comes to corona, even great artists follow all the rules. So Gauhar also had to follow all these rules.
Mumbai Police spokesperson S. Chaitanya told ABP News on Monday that a case has been registered against Gauhar Khan under the Infectious Diseases Act (1897) at the Oshiwara police station for violating the rules of Kovid-19 and going for the shooting despite being infected with the corona.
On Monday night, Gauhar Khan’s corona test was negative, the Gauhar Khan office said. Her office also claimed that Gauhar Khan was cooperating fully with the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
