New Delhi: The NIA and ATS are now investigating the discovery of a spot in front of Mukesh Ambani’s house and the NIA is getting full cooperation from the state government. State Home Minister Anil Deshmukh clarified that action would be taken against the culprits after his report. He was interacting with the media after meeting NCP president Sharad Pawar.

NCP president Sharad Pawar was said to be angry with state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh over the investigation into the discovery of a spot in front of industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s house. Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and Sharad Pawar had been arguing for about an hour at Sharad Pawar’s residence in Delhi.

Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said, “A large international conglomerate is preparing to come to the Mihan project in Vidarbha. There are some problems for it. Sharad Pawar should try to solve them at the central level. I met Sharad Pawar to give full details. This project will increase employment in Vidarbha.”

Anil Deshmukh said that the current situation in Mumbai was also discussed during the discussion. He said, “The NIA and ATS are now investigating the spot which was found in front of Mukesh Ambani’s house. The NIA investigation is being fully co-operated by the state government. The culprits will be prosecuted after the NIA report and no one will be protected.”

After the media asked Anil Deshmukh about the transfer of Mumbai Police Commissioner and other officers, the Home Minister refrained from answering him.

Replacement of Mumbai Police Commissioner is not routine. Some of the things that came up in the inquiry are unforgivable. Therefore, the Chief Minister and I decided to sit down and set aside them so that there would be no impediment in the inquiry, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh had clarified on Thursday.
