taliban isis terrorists headache: ISIS terrorists are not threat for taliban but a headache killed us soldiers in kabul

Kabul
A top official of the Taliban government’s Ministry of Information and Culture in Afghanistan has called the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group a “headache” rather than a “threat”. This information has been given in recent media reports. “We don’t call Daesh (IS) a threat, but we call it a headache and it causes headaches in some places,” said Zabiullah Mujahid, deputy minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture.

Simultaneously, the Mujahid said that the group would soon be suppressed and that in every incident it would be immediately removed or driven out. The minister said the people of Afghanistan do not support IS. However, political experts have described IS as a serious problem for Afghanistan, warning that it will expand its activities if coercive efforts are not made to counter the group.

Political analyst Tamim Bahis said Daesh (IS) does not have international and regional support and without support Daesh will not be able to fight for long. However, a fight with Daesh will create problems for the Taliban. The Islamic Emirate recently arrested four IS affiliates in Kabul’s Pagaman district, while two other militants were apprehended in the eastern province of Nangarhar. This comes as the international community continues to express concern over the possible presence of IS in Afghanistan.
