Earlier, AstraZeneca’s corona vaccine was reported from some European countries. Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) have recommended that countries around the world continue to use the AstraZeneca vaccine. Many countries had suspended the use of the vaccine after it caused health problems among its citizens. After that, we are also paying attention to the safety of vaccines, the World Health Organization had said.
The WHO, Europe’s drug regulator and AstraZeneca itself have repeatedly said the vaccine is completely safe. There is no evidence that this vaccine can cause blood clots or brain hemorrhage. The WHO also gave AstraZeneca a clean chit, stating that no case was found to have any connection between the vaccine and blood clots. France, Spain, Italy and Germany have banned the use of the AstraZeneca vaccine. These countries have said that people have complained of blood clots after being vaccinated.
Some European countries have already banned the use of the Covid 19 vaccine, developed by AstraZeneca and Oxford University. It has been decided to stop the use of the vaccine in these countries following the suspected death of some patients with blood clots after vaccination. A 60-year-old woman in Denmark also died after receiving the vaccine.
In Britain, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency said in a statement that it had not yet confirmed whether the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine had caused blood clots. So people should still continue to get the Covid-19 vaccine.
Britain’s medical regulator itself has confirmed that seven people have died from the vaccine. So it remains to be seen whether the vaccine will be banned in Britain now.
