The company has decided to allot 51,35,162 equity shares to anchor investors at a price of Rs 744 per share. In this way, shares worth Rs 382.05 crore have been allotted to anchor investors. This information has been given in the circular posted on the BSE website on Monday.
The shares were allotted to anchor investors like Government of Singapore, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Nomura, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Axis Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential MF, SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd., Max Life Insurance Company and Kuber India Fund.
The company’s IPO will be purely in the form of an Offer for Sale (OFS) on behalf of the promoters and investors. A total of 1,72,44,328 equity shares will be offered in this.
The price range for the IPO has been fixed at Rs 734-744 per share. At the upper end of the price range, the IPO is expected to raise Rs 1,283 crore.
