This notification of NCTE was challenged in the Rajasthan High Court. Along with this, a challenge was also given to include B.Ed degree holder in REET level first. After a long hearing on all these petitions, yesterday the High Court, after hearing all the parties, fixed the time for the decision today.

Here today the division bench of CJ Aqeel Qureshi got the detailed judgment written from morning itself. Also, the court, citing the arguments of all the parties, considered only BSTC candidates eligible for REET Level I in the matter.
