The big thing is that the thief is none other than the former driver of the judge, Narendra Sharma. The police detained him and the youth, Rakesh Kumar, who was an associate in the crime. The police also recovered the stolen goods from the official residence of the judge.

Baran Superintendent of Police Kalyan Mal Meena told that the police exposed the incident of theft at the residence of POCSO judge within a few hours. The stolen goods were confiscated by detaining two people. A report was lodged at Baran Kotwali police station. There is a bungalow of Special Judge Poxo No. 01 Bina Jain in New Civil Line Baran. Jain had gone from headquarters to Kota after office hours on Saturday. When the Home Guard jawan went to the bungalow on Monday morning, he saw it. The lock of the main gate was broken, which was informed to the judge.

On checking the goods in the bungalow, one double band, window AC, four mattresses, double door freeze, gas cylinder, one sofa cum bed, sofa chair (with central glass top), 4 chairs, one inverter and two batteries on checking the above items. The police team took place under the direction of ASP Vijay Swarnkar. MOB team and dog squad team were called to the spot. On disclosing the incident using scientific and technical means, it came to the fore that Narendra Sharma, who was the driver of the judge’s place, knew all the details of the bungalow. On coming to know about the said person not staying at the judge’s residence, he came from Kota. Rent a car from Deendayal Park in Baran. Stole the goods from the judge’s bungalow, filled it in the car and took it to Kota.
Both Rakesh and Narendra were detained
In Kota, Rakesh Kumar went to Kota and kept the goods. On this both Rakesh and Narendra Sharma were detained. When Narendra Sharma came to know that the police had reached the bottom of the incident, Narendra Sharma sent the said stolen goods back to Baran by filling them in a private vehicle. The said items have been confiscated.
