On improvement commitments
Osiptel incorporated the figure of Improvement Commitments as a mechanism that aims to effectively improve the provision of the telecommunications service in a given time, in those urban populated centers where non-compliance with the quality indicators was detected.
The implementation of the improvement commitment emerges as a less burdensome measure whose purpose is that the operating companies adapt their behavior to comply with the quality of the service they offer, applicable as a previous step to a properly sanctioning regime.
