Nishad party news: Nishad party will contest assembly elections in UP with BJP, Dharmendra Pradhan announces
In the Lok Sabha elections, the alliance of BJP’s partner Nishad Party will now be in the assembly elections as well. This was approved in the core committee meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence on Thursday. Now on Friday, it was formally announced at the BJP headquarters in the presence of UP election in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan.
Nishad Party chief Dr. Sanjay Nishad was also present at the time of this formal announcement at the BJP headquarters. Dharmendra Pradhan announced that the formation of the BJP has been done with the Nishad Party. In 2022, both the parties will contest elections together in the assembly.
No announcement of seat sharing
However, Dharmendra Pradhan did not make any announcement regarding seat sharing. It is being said that the talks regarding seats have also been almost fixed, but it will be announced after brainstorming with the central leadership.
Nishad Party can get 3-4 seats in Purvanchal
Dharmendra Pradhan, UP in-charge Radha Mohan Singh, State President Swatantra Dev Singh were also present at the time of announcement of alliance with Nishad Party. It is believed that BJP can give 3-4 seats to Nishad Party in Purvanchal. It will be announced after about a month.
Dr. Sanjay Nishad to become MLC?
The names of the nominated MLCs have also been agreed. It is being said that there was a churning on making Dr. Sanjay Nishad a nominated MLC and being made a minister after the expansion of the cabinet. The names of four nominated MLCs were also discussed in the core committee meeting.
In the nominated MLC, the names of Jitin Prasad and Dr. Sanjay Nishad, who came from Congress to BJP, are fixed. Apart from this, it has been agreed to make a Dalit and an old leader of the party as MLC.
