Movie Review: Old wine in new bottle is ‘Final: The Final Truth’
‘Final: The Final Truth’ is the official remake of the hit Marathi film ‘Mulshi Pattern’. This is the story of Rahul (Ayush Sharma), a young man from a small town, who becomes one of the most dangerous land mafias in Pune. But he makes many enemies and breaks the law. The story of the film shows that when Rahul runs to save his poor father Satya (Sachin Khedekar), who is being beaten by the land mafias. These land mafias also seized their ancestral land. Turns from an unemployed young man to a dangerous gangster. After this, Nanya Bhai (Upendra Limaye), the most influential goon of Pune, makes him work with him. But for all these, there is the problem of Police Inspector Rajveer Singh (Salman Khan), who knows how to eliminate all the crimes in the city.
The film ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ has been directed by Mahesh Manjrekar and he has set the stage for the story of the gangster. The film manages to entertain as well as inform. However, there is a lack of action. There is more dialogue than action, it interrupts the story. The first half has a big plot twist that helps maintain momentum for all the characters in the second half. Mahesh Manjrekar has very cleverly introduced rural and urban Maharashtra. Karan Rawat’s cinematography has shown the continuous development of the city very well. The film has been strengthened by casting popular Marathi actors. Yet showing the same conflicts over and over again in the film increases the timing. At the same time, about four songs of the film are tremendous. Salman Khan is back in his police incarnation and is in the role of Fearless Sardar. It is very easy for Salman Khan to play the role of a policeman as he tears his shirt and beats the bad guys. Ayush Sharma is seen with his strong body and tries to form a bond with Salman Khan. Ayush Sharma has given a long time after his first film. The film shows Ayush Sharma’s (Manda) love chemistry with Mahima Makwana, which is quite dull and often slows down the pace of the film. Mahima Makwana has made her debut from this film. Mahesh Manjrekar’s film ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ deals with entertainment as well as the issue of land grabbing by Mafia Dawn. These mafia dons easily manage to break the law as they often associate with politicians. So if you like old fashioned Bollywood movies then you may like this movie. In fact, in the old-fashioned Bollywood movies, everything is shown on a large scale. On the other hand, if Salman Khan’s fans and you want to see him fighting criminals in police uniform, then this film is for you.
