Minsa and ATU approve extraordinary regulations on covid-19 and vehicle scrapping | News
The Ministry of Health (Minsa) and the Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU) today approved extraordinary regulations regarding the prevention and control of covid-19 in Peru and the scrapping of vehicles, respectively.
In the case of the Health sector, it is Ministerial Resolution No. 1218-2021 / MINSA, which approves NTS No. 178-MINSA / DGIESP-2021, Technical Health Standard for the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 in Peru .
This rule nullifies Ministerial Resolutions N ° 193-2020 / MINSA, N ° 209-2020-MINSA, N ° 240-2020-MINSA and N ° 270-2020-MINSA.
In turn, the ATU approved the directive that regulates the scrapping of vehicles in the area of influence of the Complementary Corridors of the Integrated Transportation System of the Urban Transportation Authority for Lima and Callao, “which, in an attached document, is part of this Resolution ”.
Both standards appear today in an extraordinary edition of the Official Gazette El Peruano.
