New Delhi
On Friday, even after PM Modi’s decision to repeal all three agricultural laws, a meeting of the United Kisan Morcha was held for the second consecutive day.
The United Kisan Morcha (SKM) will hold another meeting on November 27 to decide on the further steps, while the march of farmers to Parliament on November 29 will be as per the schedule.

Farmer leader Balbir Singh Rajewal said this on Sunday. “We discussed the announcement of repeal of agricultural laws. After that some decisions were taken. The pre-scheduled programs of SKM will continue as before. On November 22, there will be a Kisan Panchayat in Lucknow, on November 26 there will be a meeting on all borders and on November 29 there will be a march to Parliament.

The SKM, the main organization of the protesting farmers’ unions, held a meeting on Sunday morning to decide on the further steps. These include the issue of Minimum Support Price (MSP) and the proposed tractor march to Parliament during the upcoming winter session. Farmer leaders stick to their stand that the protesters will remain in the border areas of Delhi till the Center formally repeals these laws in Parliament following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s surprise announcement on Friday and the statutory guarantee of MSP and Their other demands to withdraw the Electricity Amendment Bill are not accepted, till then the agitation will continue.
