Dindoshi sessions court refused to grant relief Kangna ranaut
Mumbai: Dindoshi Sessions Court has refused to grant relief to Kangana Ranaut. Kangana’s plea was rejected in the Andheri Magistrate’s Court for refusing to stay the defamation suit filed by Javed Akhtar. Javed Akhtar has filed a defamation suit against Kangana in a dark court. Following the hearing on Kangana’s plea on Saturday, Judge SU Bagale had reserved his verdict.
The Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court has recently granted bail to Kangana Ranaut in a defamation suit filed by lyricist Javed Akhtar. Kangana had earlier in the day revoked his warrant for appearing in court. After the Mumbai Sessions Court refused relief, Kangana now has the option to appeal to the High Court.
What’s the matter?
In an interview with a news channel on the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Kangana made some controversial statements about Javed Akhtar after an argument with a Bollywood superstar. However, Kangana has made false and baseless allegations against her as she has nothing to do with this sensitive issue. Javed Akhtar has asked the Andheri Magistrate’s Court to file a criminal case against Kangana, alleging that it has caused him unwarranted defamation and inconvenience.
Akhtar has asked the court to file a criminal case against Kangana for defamation under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC. In the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s Court, Judge R. R. During the hearing before Khanhad, the Mumbai Police submitted its preliminary report. However, the police had told the court that Kangana was yet to file a reply in this regard. Noting this, the court had issued a warrant to Kangana.
