Mumbai: The second phase of vaccination to prevent corona has begun. Cough, fever, and fatigue are the closest symptoms to corona. Home remedies can also boost the immune system and speed up recovery. Those with serious problems should consult a doctor. But those who are quarantined and those who suffer a little can be overcome with simple Ayurvedic remedies. Doctor Rekha Radhamoni, an expert in Ayurveda, has shared on her social media account the Ayurvedic protocols that treat the rare symptoms of Kovid-19.

According to Doctor Rekha, you should drink hot water with dried ginger and basil leaves. To make this easy mixture, take a piece of dried ginger in a little water and boil it in water. Then mix basil leaves in it and drink it at short intervals throughout the day.

Eat hot and fresh food. Rice and rice bran soup made without salt and oil should be included in lunch or dinner. Don’t overeat. Dinner should be served before 7 p.m.

Indian spices are beneficial for health. Cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom and chakra flowers should be included in the meal. It should also include dried turmeric and dried ginger.

If you are asymptomatic, you should eat fruits like pomegranates and grapes, and if you have corona infection, you should avoid eating fruits.

Only fully cooked vegetables should be eaten. Avoid eating uncooked vegetables and salads. Bitter vegetables like caraway should be eaten. Eggplants, tomatoes and potatoes should also be avoided.

If you have symptoms of corona or feel tired, you should avoid physical exercises. But pranayama should be done for 30 minutes.

In case of cough, combine one teaspoon of honey with black pepper powder and drink it three to four times a day. If you have a sore throat, swallow hot water.
