Mumbai: Former Commissioner of Police, Mumbai Parambir Singh Of Home Minister Anil Deshmukh Serious allegations have been made against him. The Home Minister demanded Rs 100 crore per month, claimed Parambir Singh in a letter to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
