He said that due to the Corona epidemic, Bihar Panchayat Election 2021 has reached a position of postponement for the time being. In the absence of elections, a constitutional crisis will arise in front of the three-tier Panchayati Raj system. In such a situation, after the expiry of the tenure of the Panchayat representatives, till the elections are not held and new public representatives do not come, they have demanded to extend the tenure of the old public representatives.
