Anil Deshmukh and state government file petition in supreme court

New Delhi: Former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh Two petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the Mumbai High Court’s decision to probe the allegations against him. One is on behalf of former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and the other is on behalf of the state government. The High Court has given the CBI 15 days to conduct a preliminary inquiry into the allegations against Deshmukh.
