About 900 employees of the US intelligence service were hit by covid 19
About 900 employees of the US Intelligence Service have been found infected with the corona virus. This has come to the fore in government data obtained by a group that monitors the functioning of the government. In the records found under the Freedom of Information Act, the names and work of the employees who are vulnerable to infection have not been given.
According to documents obtained by the Washington-based Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics, intelligence service records showed that 881 employees who received salaries from the agency between March 1, 2020 and March 9, 2021, were found to be infected with the corona virus.
Last year in the US during Kovid-19, there was a 32 percent increase in the number of deaths of ‘Medicare’ patients in nursing homes. A government watchdog group gave this information in its report on Tuesday. ‘Medicare’ is a government program, under which the government bears the cost of treatment of people 65 years of age or older.
A report by the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services found that 4 out of 10 Medicare recipients in nursing homes are projected to have coronavirus in 2020. About 169,291 ‘Medicare’ patients died last year before the havoc of the corona virus.
